Class Description

Fitness Training


Be it Body Weight Boot Camp, or Total Body Toning, these classes are designed to build strength and power, and to increase stamina and flexibility through body weight, resistance, and plyometric training exercises. Class times range 45-55mins.


Suggested attire: Fitness clothing and sneakers. Some classes may require equipment or a creative at-home option.

Class Description

Lester Horton technique is a modern dance technique that builds strength, flexibility, and grace, through linear movement that is bold and dynamic and wave like movement that is vulnerable and powerful simultaneously. Class times range from 60-75mins. Wear dance clothing or comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. No shoes or other footwear needed for this class.

Zumba is a latin-inspired dance and fitness class*


**Please wear clothing that allows for freedom of movement, preferably fitness attire, and sneakers that don’t restrict twisting movement.
