Uplift - Inspire- Motivate

As a dancer first, I can attest to the fact that one’s body must be physically fit to withstand the demands of the various techniques in which I have trained, i.e.- Horton, Ballet, Graham, etc. As I reflect on my life, grade school to college, I realize that there was a calling from the very beginning for me to be immersed in the dance and fitness industries. Movement is at the heart of all I do and I’m completely led by my mission to inspire.


My mission is to outrageously inspire self-confidence, uplift the human spirit, and promote a healthy lifestyle through dance, fitness, and nutrition.
