GET KARENATED Body Weight Boot Camp 

No matter the season, get your body strong. Get your body fit! Increase your strenght, endurance and flexiblity! Have fun while getting fit! If results are what you want or if you want to take your fitness game to the next level, my six-week Body Weight Boot Camp session will be just right for you!  

 

Incorporating a variety of excercises, including, but not limited to, pushups, squats, burpees, squat thrusts, and a host of other explosive exercise, participants will work at their fitness level and be transformed physically and mentally.  Working together as a whole and in smaller groups will also build strong support system among the participants, as each week will bring new challenges to push them outside of their comfort zone.

 

Participants will be taken through a progressive, exciting excercise program that will leave no room for plateaus.  Results are the name of the game here!  Are you ready? Let's go!!!

 

Note: Participants are strongly encouraged to bring water, towel and mat.
